• Please bring a packed lunch and wear suitable p.e. kit (socks must be worn and hair tied back, no jewellery, no mobiles during session time).  For Team Building the lunch break is an important part of the day

We prepare diverse session plans to keep participants interested and motivated.

We invite guest coaches to assist for either the morning and/or afternoon part of the session plan. This brings a fresh pair or eyes and voice to the input of learning.

The outline for the session plans is as follows:

1. Individual skill development.

2. Coaching development incl. Parents/guardians/senior training partners.

3. Team development for competitions, displays and senior stunt performances.

4. Team talks and interactive learning incl. slow-mo video analysis.

Junior participants will have the chance to see some high-performance skills with senior participants and coaches having the chance to try out coaching/doing the preparations for higher level skills and routines.
